particularly where they destroyed the sales division, and lots of competent people were forced out over the past few years. real cultural issues that need to be dealt with.

so they are trying to rebuild and repair all the damage.

but 'build market share and route efficiencies through a reinvigorated sales force' is essentially American speak for aggressive revenue growth at the expense of margin. or - buy the business cheap and uprate it.
