Below " " is part of my post back on 12/2/09 which I didn't get a response to?? I am an absolute novice with considerable shares in this major disappointment. To now see the proposal has been revoked is pleasing but to think it was an option in the first place does not hearten me this group has any idea. Less than a year ago they were worth on paper worth more than 1.2B but in the space of 6 months when making their half year financial update they were prepared to dilute their worth by 10% for 12M to have the dividend underwritten. It was almost an admittance their shares were worth what we see them today. They finally saw some sense and we saw a minor bounce today but for me an indication this group has as much idea as I do. (zippity)

I am going to contact the company tomorrow for an explanation as I feel any poor bugger that bought in at $10 less than a year ago deserves it. I bought in at $4, 3 months ago and deserve one. ( Besides badluck loser)
Re my notes below. Feel free to correct me, I need someone to.
    12/2/09 below

"My calcs are with 120M shares the dividend at 10 cents means they will have to come up with 12M. If the share price keeps coming down they may have to add 10 or so Million shares and effectively dilute the value by 10%. Surely the 12M payout is a far better proposition than issuing an extra 10% of shares. I appreciate shareholders get them but the equation doesn't seem to add up unless the share price was considerably higher. To potentially put out an extra 10% to pay a half year dividend is staggering. Could that be why the market smashed us? Feel free to correct me as I am only a novice."
