I'll let REVS know that their description of the car doesn't match the car that I was looking at. It could be a simple administrative error or there could be something more to the discrepancy.
I decided not to make an offer because uncertainty like that isn't worth the potential trouble (e.g., police and insurance) and there are plenty of cars (like stocks) out there to consider.
