It’s extraordinary for Any minnow exploration company to have that much money in the bank and they of course need to use it well.
The simple fact is this is a lifestyle company for a few individuals and outsiders view it with suspicion hence the EV.
As for the MD he has never actually worked even as a senior geologist nevertheless managed a project, found, developed or operated anything. He is simply a puppet for the others. Hence again why the company is trading at close to cash backing. No one actually believes apart from “taking it up” they will ever actually DO something.
