Panda..the dreaming bit was in reference to believing that a 30c div would be paid in under 3 yrs.
Agree with what you say about h/s but the market wants a confirmation announcement.
But in this toxic market,the sp won't necessarily go up.
A lot of patience is required like with similar potash stocks.
