The board of directors of this company Kalium Lakes Limited (KLL) I feel has committed a crime by misleading investors with false statements to enhance a share price while the company was failing to pay its bills.If you look into past company announcements you have evidence of this occurring. The shareholders deserve better than this, and its crime should set an example for other companies not to proceed down this line as it will incur a hefty fine
