Meerkats point is valid.
However the body corporates do or should do what they think is in the best interests of the TOs.
The new WDLAC team have clearly indicated that negotiation is in their opinion the best way forward.
The CDLC have clearly indicated by major project status that LM should be negotiated.
Skilled negotiation is being used this time around. We don't have Joe Proctor butting heads with RWD management.
The deal isn't done yet but there seems to be goodwill.
