    When previous deal was on Canadian investors were poised with $150M.
    Personal communication from C van H at AGM.
    One can only speculate if they are still interested.
    Regarding ponds I was under the impression that these recharged themselves with the brine and the impact on the lake was minimal but I am happy to be corrected on this.
