If you are talking about the Petra research above, while it doesn’t have a buy/sell/hold, based on the price target of 1.85 you can easily say it is a spec buy.
As for general comments about coverage, yes it is new which is a factor but look at CXO it has been in the ASX200 since June and only just started to get coverage by one of the major brokers.
Back to LLL I see Canaccord has a price target of 1.90.
