The profit-taking by retail holds us back imo, as foreshadowed a couple of days ago and as the broker data now clearly shows, especially when there’s no evidence yet of tutes accumulating. It’s easy to see why - the largest chunk of shareholders here came via FFX and many of them are trading LLL to try to claw back their losses/locked-in capital over there. I think 70c represents the psychological threshold where people feel at least they’ve reached “break even” (regardless of the fact most had/have lower averages from their in specie parcels anyhow). LLL is caught in retail’s Groundhog Day.
