lerch - your comments indicate you understand the internal politics and culture of BSL that have not significantly changed since the 1970's. I too am reflective of the same behaviour that I have personally experienced. Believe it or not the management changes that have taken place we're already being nurtured in the late 90's where there was a distinct change in both recruitment, selection and mgt style from an engineering discipline to an accounting culture, problem is accountants know nothing about making steel this is now becoming very evident in both investment and capital expenditure. Accountants don't make good steel makers!
