You hit the nail right on the head Vodka.....it was all about what the managers boss will think of the monthly accounts rather than what actually made sense for the real business of productively and efficiently producing product.

Never going to change as everyone of those managers a rung down on the corporate ladder are doing whatever it takes for them to reach the top......BUT by the time they have destroyed the business getting there, that ladder won't be there.

It feeds on itself, the worse it gets, the more desperate they get.
