Maybe, maybe not - we weren't aware of a 12 month agreement and the world championship until the qtrly and there could be smaller ones that didn't make the cut.
The board seems to be rather bullish with wanting equity with Kate willing to pay tax to work for Mogul and sorry but I would believe they have a better idea of the future of Mogul than you, I and everyone combined on HC (unless the board read HC).
