Interested to know why you accepted an increase in rent. The bulk cuts in Interest rates more than the offset the minimal inflation rate of 1.7%. Was there a bartering process? I would've thought now was a great time to call the bluff on greedy landlords. The landlord never wins from a change over in tenancy. They need continuity.
