ISSUES OF DUE DILIGENCE

Over the past few weeks / month there have been a few posters concerned/worried about management keeping up with the house work and making sure permits etc are up-to-date.

I followed up on a few other issues that can sometimes be overlooked when management becomes very busy.

From experience I have found that if permits and basic paperwork are overlooked it can be indicative of sloppy administrative procedures and potential future legal issues. I was pleased to see that not only are they on top of the patent situation, whilst out of the country, but also have recently updated and renewed trademark information for LWP Technologies to make sure the company is protected.
