I could see a lot of private equity firms ditching the bidding of the Virgin corpse that's got $6-7b worth of debt and liabilities and guarantee to lose money and being poached to investing in REX that is a lean, disciplined, driven, hungry for market share company that has a good chance to make money with the right management and backing...

Nobody would want to touch Virgin with the overhanging stubborn EBA contracts, ripoff leases that even the Administrators wont touch on fear they are disposable and be replaced by Kordamentha...Its an ugly feud that no private equity company wants to be part of or have to take that sort of crap in making a return on their investment...
