Without being privy to all the information, my vote is for laser focus on the CLBP. I would expect they could raise sufficient funds with a partnership for the US (even if it is a large %) that could retire all debt and enable several trials to progress (including other payments due to Osiris). SurgCenter seem the right fit and have skin in the game already.
