    Liveforsunnydays, yep its true. Rey has no mining lease.

    You can do a search on the Department of Mines and Petroleum website. You need to go to Mineral Titles Online.

    Rey tenements are held by subsidiary Blackfin. And they have no mining lease for their only project.

    Also there was an article in AFR this week about how hard it is to get coal approval in WA these days.

    So, unless is proving up the site for oil or gas farm-in, what do they think are they doing?
