REY surely have had enough time to tell the punters here whether they are in the Derby Block or not and going to fund the seismic program OBL have scheduled for this year. What is the status of the agreement they have with Backreef Oil?
The real rationale behind OBL taking it up to Backreef Oil in SAT is guessed at being focussing BRU, and now REY, about the funding obligations that Backreef Oil has - nothing to do with ownership, which was a secondary consideration, as that was clear from the grant.
What everyone needs is for REY to say 'yes, we are happy to commit 3 million dollars to the Derby Block this year'.
