It's one of the important things he was waiting for. Even fulfills some of the role of ammunition in the overseas promotions.
It begins to underpin stages two and three fleshing out overall value by anticipating development. Commented on by Ambrian, though I understand they have very close links to PEN.
Market seemed to anticipate the announcement by a few hours breaking through (temporarily?) the bot barrier. Commented on as a technical breakout as well. though I accept there are degrees of certainty in that.
