rfe a buy??

morning everyone

without going back over hundreds of posts, can some one tell me the last capital raising price, was it $1.20 or $1??? maybe getting confused with another share..
the reason behind this is with the share price at 1.03 is this a buy or is this a share to be cautious of, spoke with a few people, think its odd that the sp is lower than the cap raising price. ( if cap raising price was $1.20 )

i saw the brokers reports saying this is a $2 share plus, rode this share from about 60c to $1.40 got off, now want to invest long term but really am confused with current share price and possibly looks to go lower with the buy/sell stack in favour of sellers 1 to 3.
