Hi All

The announcement says "And no further waivers have been sought past September 30"

So either they cant get a waiver extension (although to me the above says they didnt try to get one) or management are very confident they will conclude a deal by then, because if not then surely loan covenants will kick in.

Either way within 2 weeks we will be feeling better or worse...
