"Bushfire update As of 8 January 2020, no Rural Funds Group (ASX:RFF) properties have been materially impacted by the bushfires that are currently occurring in Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia. Some limited stock and infrastructure losses are expected on Cobungra, located to the west of Omeo in north east Victoria. Assessments are ongoing however the lessee has reported that the property has escaped significant damage from nearby fires. The fire pressure at the Adelaide Hills vineyards in South Australia has significantly reduced with the cooler weather. None of the vineyards have been damaged by fires. RFM is in ongoing contact with lessees and will provide further updates as appropriate."
