As an absolute guess, maybe people are on the lookout for a safe haven that isn't gold?
There's plenty of reasons as to why this is a great buy, good dividend payer, Bonitas becoming a distant memory etc - but I'm not sure they're the explanation for what has been a fairly rapid rise.
