i think to some degree RFF trades with the other asx reits, which are getting hit pretty hard because of rates. To me though agriculture is almost a completely different asset class, its certainly not an office building on a super tight cap rate. The only knock I can see on RFF is its pretty expensive in terms of yield but I’m more than happy to hold and pick up on weakness, i think farmland is underrated in a diversified portfolio
