These falls aren’t unique to RFF, all the AREITs I know of worldwide have a similar story. NZ Rural Land Co, and Farmland Partners and Gladstone Land in the U.S are all similar. I remain confident over the long term and have been dollar cost averaging each week and probably will do until we are back to $2 again.
