so no reply from investor relations means bad news is probably on the way right? like a divvy cut or a capital raising right?
so with all this, how many of you are still buying at these levels? i know i am, i think in the next few yrs anything below $2 will be seen as a steal when we are back to $3 in due time probably by 2025, when the FED start cutting rates again and our FFO starts to grow again.
for most of our sectors the CAPEX is growing in 2023 but will decline in 2024 which is great news, means more retained earnings.
By the way, our CROPPING properties, what EXACTLY are they as on the website, does not say exactly if they are just cotton plantations, or are they sugar cane, anyone know.
