RFF asset values are rising. The Aus farmland index was up ~30% in 2022 and is also rising this year, on track to be up ~10% by end of 2023. This has transferred through to RFF NAV, which has risen throughout the hike cycle. Adjusted NAV/unit was $2.24 in December 2021, then $2.69 in June 2022 and $2.78 in December 2022 (most recent financials). This is all in the investor presentations they release every 6 months.
