if you guys had a choice of these 2 options and you had to only invest in ONE of them, which you would chose
would you invest in RFF around 2.08, knowing its trading so far below NTA, but that its still got high gearing and rates will stay higher for longer, or would you buy GOLD at record highs around AUD$3750/oz
if your time frame was around 5-10 yrs, which would you pick?
