The same as it was before this manipulation. It was priced perfectly/slightly high at the peak, and anything below $2.00 is exceptional value.
In some cases I can see the justification for TA, but after such a fall the data is simply not reliable. The company is currently worth less than it was before due to market sentiment (based on new information that may be right or wrong). There is no science to your posts above. There's none to my methods either but I don't pretent there is.
