I would have thought a sheep station was more likely than a piggery, too capital intensive along the lines of chickens which they recently disposed of.
It's a bit of a tightrope to make acquisitions, maintain a 4% increase to annual payout & develop existing properties all while maintaining debt covenants.
I suspect RFF also have an eye on the likely interest rises over the horizon in 1-2 years time.
Happy for them to develop existing assets & increase the distribution coverage, which is getting very close, rather than make more acquisitions.
Hold at these levels, add sub $2.20 IMO.
