Why it is acceptable to you paying Director 13% for a loan to a company with dentures over the assets of the company?
Where can anyone else join in for the loan to earn such a high return?
But not acceptable here charging a management fee based on asset value with capital expenditure added?
It a single valuations by a 3rd party with appropriate qualifications to provide valuations.
If RFM added additional trees in the Almond Orchard, it add value to that land. In 3 years time, it will produce nuts. This will in turn increase yield. It a win win right?

Or they can sit on their hands and do nothing. No one wins.
