how do these figures compare to other reits?
Shouldn't fees naturally increase with asset values as when the asset is sold all holders benefit from the increased capital gain and asset improvements? The only concern i can see if there are significant writedowns or the realisable sale price is significantly less to book value
Or should we just let assets rot and not be maintained or updated.
