Bonitas stated that RFF falsified the rents received not that SHV under paid, they weren't smart enough to realize the amounts they thought SHV were paying were far too low to be correct.
The rental 'lies have been proved to be bogus.
The $14m loan has been proved to be bogus.
The $75m transfer to RFM has been proved to be bogus.
The suggestion that all the revaluations of the orchards should be reversed is completely bogus.
Why are people continuing to give tBonitas any creditibility?
The only thing they have highlighted is that the valuations recorded for the orchards may not be 100% accurate which we knew anyway, they're a valuation not a sale value.
