I got burnt by Blue Sky. Sold out when I read the Bonitas report. Thankfully didn’t lose too much because I sold at the price I’d bought (although I was well up on paper). The Bonitas report with Bluesky scared me and rang alarm bells. I’ve held currently because this one hasn’t had the same effect. I struggle to see how RFF could have possibly got away with what they are suggesting, although I acknowledge it has happened before with other companies. The report on bluesky really did reveal dodgy practices. I am nervous though. You always have in the back of your mind there can’t be smoke withithout fire.
i think the management approach has been sound. The worst thing they could have done was threaten legal action. Acknowledging this isn’t an option and showing very little emotion/ anger and being very matter of fact regarding upcoming results and independent reviews is the way forward. There was no panic and in some ways they’ve given Bonitas little to hit back at.
