My main enquiry as a curiousity: Based on the allegations/claims by Bonitas, they are kind of also saying that PWC is also implicated as being fradulent; has there been any communication between RFF and PWC whether PWC will give a response too?
Management Response:
PWC has signed off on the full year accounts previously and will do so in the coming weeks when RFF releases Full Year results.
We will follow the correct processes via the Corporations Act and the ASX Listing standards.
Other notes:
Dividend Confirmed and will be shown in 3 weeks time
~NAV $1.75
Bonitas is an offshore research company not regulated by Australian Law, and so can say whatever they want without retribution
Banks all very happy with RFF's compliance
Accounting for leasor and leasee are different, and EY has been directed to review/explain these differences in response
Management is extremely confident
