    No mate not down ramping or have any agenda. You fundamentally assume the tenants operate in the risky sectors. If half the leases are to related parties the reality is that the REIT is directly exposed to those same risky sectors. For the record my sense is the asset cover is there for this company to survive and thrive. But it deserves at a minimum to be revalued down and recognised for what it is. RFF is half a REIT and half a corporate farmer. Put another way its an engineered REIT that does not deserve to be valued so highly by the market.
