Well ask yourself at least this: Do you really, truly believe that SHV paid $94'000 in rent to RFF for the entire FY18, for the 1,221ha Hillston property? Does it sound plausible to you? Because that's what Bonitas is claiming. They're saying SHV paid Arrow $2,892m of lease in the same year for another, smaller property (half the size of RFF's Hillston) - and then continue to claim that SHV paid 3% of that amount in lease to RFF for a property twice the size.
