A few quotes from the "bonitas report" which seemingly does not understand the structure of a REIT or its governance. Weasel words from the "bonitas" rubbish: "Evidence suggests", "we believe", "evidence suggests", "management has given little explanation" (they were never asked), "we became convinced", "this immediately appeared", "we calculate that", "formulating our opinion", "we have witnessed scams with similar characteristics", "dubious fair value", "RFF's equity is ultimately worthless".
However, there were enough nervous Nelly's who fell for this well managed scam and their words and almost immediately sold off in panic to as low as $1.30! And these Texan scammers have picked up a tidy profit at their expense with no legal comeback.
