The article was an interesting read, though its disappointing in that it follows the trend of heavily biased reporting (one way or the other). They either didn't interview any successful franchisees or chose not to share their stories. It would have been good to see both sides, and understand the key differences / success factors.
As it stands, the article is designed to induce outrage and sell more papers - the usual "big bad corporation beating up on the little guys". What happened to journalistic integrity, and fair and balanced reporting?
