Lots of businesses don't have success?,. RFG DMP, IGA, Subway, Fernwood, Maccas etc etc franchisees included? There is another side to this story. The questions to be asked are: - what is the average performance of a RFG franchise - how many are not profitable? - what is the tread? - how much support dues RFG give franchisees? Any journalist can find disgruntled franchisees in any franchise system. Similar article in newspapers and TV on Bakers Delight a few years ago which turned out to be just a couple of disgruntled franchisees (one was fraudulent!). Not saying RFG are saints but this is a one sided article. Be interesting to see RFG's response.
