RFG Article, page-51

Well RFG management is sort of saying that the market is not misinformed by not having a trading halt at the open. Seems strange to me. I would expect a response to make some good points, when it eventually comes out. However they have the risk of a class action if they do come out and say the market is misinformed now, do they not? It is not possible that management could have missed all of the negative publicity, and not discussed this prior to the open. I'm no lawyer - possibly am missing something?

I held some of these over the weekend, and flogged off half at the open today. Unfortunate timing! Sucks is life!
