I am not trying to defend them, quite the opposite, however the previous management is now gone and dusted, the new one is trying to repair the damage.
There are also lots of franchisees who are crying poor simply because they should never be in business in the first place due to their own competence and ignorance.
they are just looking to pass the buck or blame someone else.
the reality is, taking on the head company is like kicking yourself and will only hurt everyone and most of all the franchisees.
