    They were bleeding franchises dry and acquiring businesses and running them at a loss. They inflated Goodwill on their books to make the company look enticing to investors. Then it all came crashing down.

    THe brand-name remains, and cash-flow continues but significant number of the unprofitable segments of the business has been cut and we're closer to a bare-bones profitable business. There's still plenty of debt to pay off first, though. They did well through COVID.
