    At 5% interest=$12.5m
    $4 coffe x 7%=28c royalty
    $12.5m /28c=44.6m
    About 45m $4 coffees or overprices $4 donuts
    sold per year just to pay RFG interest.
    Banks will want the debt reduced soon.
