    Add workers comp, insurance , increasing electricity, annual increases in rent regardless of your turnover, ever increasing competition reducing margins and an ever increasing cost of living making disposable income a credit card after everyone shoves their money into their mortgages on overvalued real estate makes a perfect storm for the demise of real estate, doesn't matter keep our foolish doors open to 300k immigration and push this country to breaking point
