    Those numbers are wrong for the current stock price (unless you're assuming there will be a drop in earnings/div)

    at $3.25 (closing today) with the dividend of ~30cps (if it continues at this price) it's more like a 9.2% dividend and P/E would be more like 7.59 - which seems like a fairly good bargain. However what is called into question is the capability of management to sail this ship.

    With debt being a potential issue, accounts payable looking to go up, potential franchisees leaving, that side of the business may not end up being as good, there is the other side which is international expansion and logistics which is highly interesting and seems set to play a bigger part in the future of RFG.

    Emerging markets like India, Turkey, etc being potential prime locations to grow out to, there is lots of potential and opportunity still for RFG as a company.This is not to mention the franchisee thing can be solved, albeit I don't believe by current management, but we shall see.

    IMO oversold and good buying opportunity if taking mid-long term view.
