Some good points there and my wife (gen x) is similar. Also as you mentioned it's generally more to do with saturation in F & B together with the landlords working over the tenants with high rents. In saying that though a number of the RFG brands are mature and don't seem to have a great deal of intrinsic value so should either be cut loose or if kept there has to be reinvestment and a reboot.
