Probably they do make a profit from the supply side as well. My point was from a franchisee's perspective. You sell stuff worth $100 and your cost of operation is more than $89 then something is wrong with their business acumen.
Surely with the franchising model everyone understands that there is some percentage that goes back in lieu of fully baked shop
