Ok here is my experience with a business deal (not franchise ) but big hotel industry I buy a hotel with many future bookings all BS so I should have called all numbers to see if they were coming , sorry MR manager we were only enquiries , 30% hot water systems broken first year etc etc etc so I stopped crying about it borrowed more money from bank and made it work I worked 7 days a week 14hrs day paid staff and did not make a cent for 2 years but guess what we just sucked it up , my point if you are buying a business no matter what look into it don't rush in , I feel for the people loosing money with franchise model but it could have happened buying a sandwich shop also . SMH was wrong giving a one sided story
